Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 May 2026
These terms govern your use of Nexley AI. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Nexley AI is a business-to-business service sold to businesses for use in their operations.
The service
Nexley AI provides an “AI Employee” that helps your business respond to customer enquiries, draft quotes, capture data from photos, and manage conversations across the channels you connect. AI-generated content is assistive - you remain responsible for reviewing it before it is relied upon, and for any quote, booking or commitment made to your customers.
Your account & acceptable use
- You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in secure.
- You must have the right to process the customer data you put into the service, and a lawful basis to message your customers.
- You must not use the service to send spam, unlawful, harassing or objectionable content, to break any third-party platform’s terms (including messaging-platform rules), or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- You are responsible for the conduct of anyone you allow to use your account.
AI content
AI output can be wrong or inappropriate. We apply automated moderation and provide an in-app way to report objectionable responses, but we do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for a given purpose. Do not rely on it for legal, financial, safety-critical or regulated advice.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor under the plan you select. Fees are stated exclusive of VAT unless noted. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Statutory consumer-cancellation rights, where they apply, are unaffected.
Availability & support
We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; some features depend on third-party platforms outside our control (for example messaging-platform connectivity). Support: hello@nexley.ai.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from AI-generated content you chose to rely on without review.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or unlawful use. On termination we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
